Infection Contamination Prevention
Yeomans has staff that can help and on emergency situations we can bring a team in and hand clean surfaces and/or use sanitizing devices.
We use safe yet very effective sanitizing solutions in these devices, such as Steramist uses hydrogen peroxide or BioSpray uses alcohol solution.
Here is some information on our infection control services.
Yeomans through our associate contractor can provide infection control services.
We have been using TOMI SteraMist system for many years now, using it for specialized cleaning and disinfection.
Typically used in hospitals and pharmaceutical facilities but we were ready to use it for the Ebola crisis and now for Coronavirus.
It is a safe and proven method for killing viruses and bacteria. It is safe to use in offices, schools, and in ventilation systems.

Preventative Cleaning/Specialized Bio Hazard Contamination cleaning/Emergency Response
Preventing Infection and Biohazard Contamination in the Workplace and Community
Our team is the leading provider of facility hygiene services in the New Jersey and greater metropolitan New York and Philadelphia areas. Their Certified Environmental Infection Control Remediator (CEICR) and Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) are dedicated to the health and safety of those in the workplace and the community.
We perform comprehensive contracting solutions for emergency and preventative maintenance. Our services are compliant with Infection Control Risk Assessment (IRCA) guidelines for healthcare environments. Our certified professionals coordinate with the facility's Infection Control and Quality Control staff to evaluate facility hygiene practices and assess potential risks associated with mold or other biohazard contaminants.
An ICT evaluation examines air handling systems, engineering controls, operating and safety procedures, and more to identify hazards. We then recommend cost-effective facility hygiene infection control solutions to mitigate potential risk to industrial hygiene, food safety and public health threats.
Using state-of-the-art equipment, products and methodology, our team is able to provide a variety of facility hygiene services, including:
In the event of a biohazard emergency, we are available 24/7 to rapidly evaluate threat to staff or the public, and contain and mitigate contamination.
Soft Materials Cleaning and Decontamination
Restoring Clothing, Furnishings, Sports Equipment, Personal Protective Gear and Irreplaceable Contents with Smoke, Water and Disaster Damage
Usually, when "soft contents" (clothing, household items, leather goods, shoes, luggage) meet smoke, fire, and
water damage and sustain odors and stains seemingly beyond cleaning, the next stop is the dumpster by using the innovative Esporta ES-3300 Wash System, can bring soft contents back to life.
This environmentally-friendly washing system incorporates a patented system of hydraulic pressure cleaning combined with four stages of proprietary enzyme-based detergents to deep clean, deodorize and sanitize items while removing and destroying bacteria, blood, fungus, mold, mucus, yeast and other contaminants.
With the Esporta Wash System, restore all kinds of soft contents damaged during fire, water and storm disasters as well as sports equipment and athletic gear, firefighter turnout gear and personal protective gear. This cleaning process mitigates health risks from harmful contaminants that can lead to infection outbreaks including MRSA (Methicillan Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), and removes the odors of smoke and bacteria that traditional cleaning methods cannot without damaging the effectiveness of underlying materials.
Our team is the #1 Professional Sports, Recreational and Safety Gear Cleaner in the Northeast US, encompassing New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. Our system is endorsed by the NHL's Walter Gretsky, Kenny Daneyko, and Butch Goring, and the NFL's Omar Stoutmire and Dennis Ryan, the USA Hockey National Team, and Hockey Canada National Programs.
The Esporta Wash System's patented washing technology is up to five times more effective than traditional laundry at cleaning and removing organic and inorganic contaminants to restore all kinds of soft goods:

Eliminating Biohazard Threats Through Facility and Equipment Biological Decontamination
Biohazards can lurk anywhere. Some sources are obvious: health care facilities, research laboratories, trauma and
disaster scenes, animal remains and waste. Others areas such as locker rooms, food service prep areas and equipment, public transportation, hotels and schools are often overlooked.
Whether the situation is an emergency biohazard cleanup or managed maintenance , our decontamination and disinfection services mitigate biohazard threats from facilities and equipment. We deliver today's most advanced tools and services to provide positive outcomes with any facility challenge.
For air and large surface decontamination with hard-to-reach areas, We utilize SteraMist™ with patented Binary Ionization Technology (BIT®). The process applies cold plasma activation to a hydrogen peroxide-based solution to create a suite of anti-microbial actives, including Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS). Its fast-acting, broad spectrum biological disinfection destroys micro-organisms (including spores) to a 6-Log reduction leaving no residue or noxious fumes. SteraMist™'s environmentally-friendly characteristics ensure safety for your employees and equipment while providing maximum biological log reduction for the environment you are treating.
Industrial cleaning of surfaces can be safely and effectively cleaned and decontaminated by our Dry Ice Blasting, also known as "CO2 Cleaning." This cost-effective, non-abrasive, non-flammable, non-conductive, environmentally responsible technique turns dry ice into a supersonic protein remover. After vaporizing upon impact, there is no residual left behind. Dry ice cleaning can be applied to food processing equipment, kitchen equipment, material handling equipment, and other contaminated or soiled hard surfaces.
Dry Ice Blasting
"Dry Ice Blasting" uses compressed air to accelerate frozen carbon dioxide (CO 2) "dry ice" pellets to a high velocity. A compressed air supply of 80 PSl/50 scfm can be used in this process. Dry ice pellets can be made on site or supplied. Pellets are made from food grade carbon dioxide that has been specifically approved by the FDA, the EPA and the USDA.
- Is a non-abrasive, nonflammable and nonconductive cleaning method
- Is environmentally-friendlyand contains no secondary contaminants such as solvents or grit media
- Is clean and approved for use in the food industry
- Allows most items to be cleaned in place without time-consuming disassembly
- Can be used without damaging active electrical or mechanical parts or creating fire hazards
- Can be used to remove production residues, release agents, contaminants, paints, oils and biofilms
- Can be as gentle as dusting smoke damage from books or as aggressive as removing weld slag from tooling
- Can be used for many general cleaning applications
